The Production Process
Our Vases and Vessels start as computer models, using software to create the products as printable files. The 3D printer then works by depositing layer on layer of material to create intricate designs and shapes. The printed products are then sanded, and hand painted with resin to give it a glossy finish.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish will occur between objects.
These products are made to order with love and care, which takes time. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be shipped.
Materials and Safety
Our Vases and Vessels are made from PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol) filament, and are finished with an epoxy resin coating.
Please note our products are not certified for direct contact with consumable food and beverages.
Product care
Hand wash using warm water and a mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners and utensils, instead use a soft cloth or non-scratch sponge. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and avoid extreme temperatures.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out.You will be sent a notification of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept change of mind returns, only faulty and damaged items. If your item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us here or send an email to stella@honeyhousecreative.com.au (please include your order number, a clear description of the damage and any relevant photos or videos). Once we receive your request, we will contact you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged items.
